Virtual chocolate tours

Enjoy delicious chocolates in your own home and discover the secrets of  chocolate making.

 

How does a virtual tour work?

  • We will send you award winning chocolates by the post
  • You will also receive a zoom link to participate in an expert led interactive tasting session.
  • There will be a presentation by a chocolate expert revealing the secrets of chocolate making.

Option 1. Virtual tasting of organic Swiss chocolates

  • A red gift box with a selection of 9 chocolates.
  • Presentation of the world of chocolate, how the cocoa fruit is cultivated, transformed, and made into chocolates.
  • Curated tasting explanations and presentation of production secrets.
  • Chocolate tasting sheet.
  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Objectives: learning, having fun and creating links.
  • Price: 30.90 per person (minimum 10 people) plus postage.

  • Selection of 5 chocolate bars.

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Objectives: learning, having fun and creating links.

Booking time: 2 weeks before the virtual tasting (please send the mailing addresses 2 weeks before the event)

Reservation: Virtual visits can be reserved with a 30% deposit

When: Monday – Friday, 10h to 19h

Workshops can be in English or French.

Japanese, Russian or Chinese can be arranged for an additional cost of CHF 200.

Package tracking, cancellation, and No-show:

In case of cancellation, the event can be refunded with the cancellation fees below.

To receive a refund, the participant must cancel at least 24 hours before the packages are sent (shipments are sent 5 to 10 days before the event, depending on destination).

The time of shipment indicated on the tracking service of the Post Office is the time of shipment.

– Rescheduled to take place within 30 days (can be moved once): no charge

– Cancelled more than 5 days before sending the chocolates – CHF 40.00 fee

– From 4 days to 24 hours before the chocolates are sent – 50% refunded

– Less than 24 hours before shipment of chocolates – full charge
