Recipe for porc Madras Curry, serves 4
Ingredients: 600g pork (or chicken), 2 onion, Madras Curry spice mix, chopped tomatos, plain yoghurt.
- Cut porc or chicken into pieces and fry in a little oil until lightly browned.
- Add the onions, choppedand the tomatos.
- Simmer gently on low heat untill cooked, add a little water if too dry and stir from time to time.
- Add the yogurt and stir in.
- Serve with rice, salad and chutney.
