Recipe for lamb Korma Curry, serves 4
Ingredients: 600g lamb (or chicken), 2 onion, Korma Curry spice mix, plain yoghurt.
- Cut lamb or chicken into pieces and fry in thw oil until lightly browned.
- Add onions, two soup spoons of curry spice mix and a pot of full fat yohurt.
- Simmer gently on low heat untill cooked, add a little water if too dry and stir from time to time.
- Serve with rice, salad and chutney.
