Grown by one of the youngest cooperatives that we get cocoa from, the “Coopérative Premium Cacao Sambirano”. Located in Ambanja on the north-west coast on the river Sambirano, where the humid, tropical climate and the predominantly volcanic soil of the Sambirano Valley provide the perfect conditions for cocoa trees. Cocoa from Madagascar is held in high regard across the globe and this cooperative do such great work that they have already received the renowned “Cacao fin” label. This shows up as chocolate that is beautiful, fruity, nutty with slightly acidulated nuances and has a creamy velvety texture…

Our chocolates are freshly handmade everyday with passion by a team of 5 chocolatiers in our workshop on the Avenue d’Ouchy in Lausanne. This gives them more taste and means you can enjoy them super fresh.
