All our chocolates are made purely with organic and fair chocolate principally from Peru and St Domingue.
We use only organic alpine cream to make our ganache, caramel and truffles and, wherever we can, we source our ingredients locally.
They are freshly handmade with passion by a team of 5 chocolatiers in our workshop on the Avenue d’Ouchy in Lausanne.
