Brasil 80% rare origin dark chocolate. This strong dark chocolate is grown in the forest of bahia in brasil using ancestral techniques or “Cabruca” meaning grown in the forest shade and brings you an aromatic chocolate with the natural freshness of forest berries.

 

Flavour profile: very dark chocolate, full bodied, good snap, some bitternes, good aroma, long lasting. Notes of raisins and brown sugar.
