Who ever knew that Sole could come from the Lake Geneva? Like all flat fish should this 200g chocolate sole comes in two colours of chocolate.

You like dark chocolate and your other half likes milk? No problem this chocolate trout also comes in half dark and half milk chocolate.

Choose from Peru 42% milk chocolate or Peru 68% dark chocolate or half milk, half dark chocolate.

All our chocolates are made purely with organic and fair chocolate principally from Peru and St Domingue.

They are freshly handmade with passion by a team of 5 chocolatiers in our workshop on the Avenue d’Ouchy in Lausanne.
